Terms & Conditions

•    This competition will run each month throughout the year
•    There will be 12 winners throughout this period
•    Each month’s winner will be notified by phone and/or email
•    Notification will be made on the 2nd Tuesday of the following month
•    Executive Decisions will make public the winner’s name and company online
•    The winner will be asked for a photo to be displayed through online mediums (this is not compulsory
      but is encouraged)
•    Anyone is allowed to nominate and you may nominate yourself
•    An individual may only nominate a maximum of 10 people per month
•    If the nomination form is not completed in full the nomination is not valid
•    The nominee must have one of the following job descriptions – Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant,
      Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Secretary
•    This is a rolling competition, each entry received is valid for consideration throughout the entire period
•    These awards are open to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane residents
•    The award is for subscribers of ed. magazine only, if either the nominee or nominator are not an ed. magazine
      subscriber, this will be used as a subscription
•    An individual person can only win the award once within the competition period
•    Judges will each receive a short list with a maximum of 6 nominations, as selected by Executive Decisions,
      from which to select the winner each month
•    The judges will not know the names and companies of the nominees, they will only see the nominees reason
      for nomination
•    The judges decisions is final
•    Any nominations that are found to be false will be immediately deleted
•    All prizes must be taken by their individual expire dates
•    Prizes cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash
